Return and Cancellation Policy

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancellations

As per the Indian e-commerce regulations, we provide the following cancellation policy:

1. Order Cancellation: You have the right to cancel your order at any time before the item is shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and will be subject to our return policy.

2. Cancellation Process: To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at help@fygmnt.com or through our website's cancellation feature (if available). Please provide your order number and reason for cancellation.

3. Cancellation Confirmation: Once we receive your cancellation request, we will process it and send you a confirmation email within 24 hours.

4. Refund for Cancelled Orders: If you have already paid for the order, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation. The refund will be made to the original payment method used for the purchase.

5. Partial Cancellations: For orders with multiple items, you may request a partial cancellation for specific items. The same process and refund policy apply to partial cancellations.

6. Non-cancellable Items: Certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, may not be eligible for cancellation once production has begun. These exceptions will be clearly mentioned in the product description.

7. Cancellation Fees: We do not charge any cancellation fees for orders cancelled before shipment.

Special Provisions

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Compliance with Indian E-commerce Rules
This policy is in compliance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, and other applicable Indian laws. As required:

1. We do not refuse to take back goods or withdraw services or refuse refunds if such goods or services are defective, deficient, delivered late, or if they do not meet the description on the platform.

2. We accept returns of goods and services when they are defective, deficient, delivered late, or if they do not meet the description on the platform.

3. We ensure that our refunds are made within a reasonable time and as per the applicable rules and regulations.

4. We do not impose cancellation charges on consumers cancelling after confirming purchase unless similar charges are also borne by the e-commerce entity if they cancel the purchase order unilaterally for any reason.

5. We ensure that the effect of cancellation of the order is the same as the withdrawal from the contract of sale.

By making a purchase from us, you agree to this Return and Cancellation Policy. We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to our policy will be posted on our website.
